Text from Rupert Hine "Waving Not Drowning" CD, A&M 396 986-2.


"This album was originally recorded on 30 ips Dolby A analogue tape and has 
been completely remastered onto digital tape by Arun Chakraverty and myself. 
The remastering process provided an excellent opportunity to 'reclaim' some
elements of the overall 'sound-picture' previously lost in the transfer to 
vinyl.

The extra track 'Kwok's Quease' was available as a B-side for a limited period 
in 1983. I have included it here as it represents a sense of humour that I 
might have liked to have included at the time, to off-set the 'darker side'.

There are strange and unidentifiable sounds on this disc generally, rest 
assured, they are intentional.

'Immunity' is already available in a remastered CD version 'Wildest Wish To 
Fly' will follow shortly.
